Karen E. McCracken started her solo law practice immediately upon graduating from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1993. Prior to law school, she attended the University of Kentucky and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University.
Karen is a lifelong resident of Erlanger, Kentucky. She continues to reside in Erlanger with her husband, Chris, and their two dogs and two cats. She is also the proud stepmother of her two grown sons, Kyle and Conor.
Karen has volunteered for over five years at the Grateful Life Center, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center for men in Kenton County, and attends Bromley Christian Church. She is a member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Lloyd High School Alumni Association. Karen also earned her Master Gardener Certification several years ago. Karen is a past Vice Present of the charitable, philanthropic organization Omega Phi Tau and volunteered with Friends of Gallatin Shelter for several years to help find “fur-ever” homes for local dogs and cats.
